Look at the contact surface

Describe the underside of the product or container and how it should be supported. Ask the supplier to review stability, transfers and the range of product sizes rather than assuming one arrangement will handle every load.

Map the operating sequence

Clarify whether products need to accumulate, stop, merge or change direction. Compare the complete sequence and control requirements. Confirm the final arrangement with the equipment supplier and project engineer.

This guide introduces questions and requirements for further review. It does not replace engineering assessment, equipment instructions or site safety procedures.
