Consider the work around the machine
Document inspection routes and the space needed to remove components. Maintenance requirements should be reviewed alongside the production layout, rather than after installation.
Keep procedures equipment-specific
Use the manufacturer’s instructions and the site’s approved isolation procedures. A general article cannot establish safe access or a repair method for an individual conveyor. Have the responsible personnel review the maintenance plan.
